Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (D) Pavithra is the youngest of the three.

Explanation

Shiva is older than Leela, and Leela is older than Pavithra, so the order from oldest to youngest is Shiva, Leela, Pavithra, which makes Pavithra the youngest. The passage says nothing about how Shiva does at chess, so A and C cannot be inferred, and B is wrong because Shiva is older than Leela.
