Correct answer: (A) 2029198

Explanation

Unripe fruits are $0.15 \times 5692000 = 853800$, of which $0.45 \times 853800 = 384210$ are apples. Ripe fruits are $5692000 - 853800 = 4838200$, of which $34\%$ are apples (since 66% are oranges), which is $0.34 \times 4838200 = 1644988$. The total apples are $384210 + 1644988 = 2029198$.
