Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (C) Only conclusion I and conclusion III are correct

Explanation

Statement 1 says that some engineers are writers, so some writers are engineers (I). Statement 2 says that no writer is an actor, which is the same as no actor is a writer (III). II does not follow, since the actors may be only some of the engineers, and IV contradicts statement 2.
