Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (B) DNA Polymerase I

Explanation

In bacteria DNA polymerase I removes the RNA primers with its 5' to 3' exonuclease activity and fills the gap with DNA. Primase makes the primer, DNA polymerase III elongates, and gyrase relieves the supercoiling.
