Correct answer: (C) P-2; Q-3; R-4; S-1

Explanation

Amylose is a linear $\alpha(1\rightarrow4)$ glucose polymer. Sucrose has an $\alpha1\rightarrow\beta2$ link between glucose and fructose. Amylopectin has $\alpha(1\rightarrow4)$ chains with $\alpha(1\rightarrow6)$ branches. Cellulose is a $\beta(1\rightarrow4)$ polymer.
