Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (C) 1243

Explanation

The original square has side $\sqrt{1936}=44$ m and perimeter 176 m. The 3:1 split gives 132 m and 44 m. New square area is $(132/4)^2=1089$ m². Circle area is $44^2/(4\pi)=154.06$ m². Total is **1243.06 m²**, closest to **C**.
