Correct answer: (A) P and T

Explanation

Siblings never share a room, so none of the pairs sharing a room in either allocation can be siblings: {P,R}, {T,S} (first allocation) and {P,Q}, {R,T} (second). S and Q are single children, so they are not siblings. The siblings must be two of P, R, T, and the only pair among them that never shares a room is P and T.
