Correct answer: (D) Some entrepreneurs are doctors

Explanation

The women who are doctors belong to the set of women, all of whom are entrepreneurs. Those same people are therefore both doctors and entrepreneurs. Hence **some entrepreneurs are doctors,D**. The premises do not say that all doctors or all entrepreneurs are women.
