Correct answer: 0.88 to 0.92
Explanation
The lower NMOS has gate0V and source−5V, so VGS=5V and overdrive3V. Its saturated current is K(3)²=0.1×9=**0.9mA**. The upper PMOS gate is6V, giving overdrive4V; it operates in the linear region to pass0.9mA. Solving0.1[8VSD−VSD²]=0.9 gives VSD≈1.354V and drain≈10.646V, which also confirms the lower NMOS is saturated.
