Correct answer: 0.49 to 0.51

Explanation

Let the central node voltage be V. The right branch is5+10=15Ωto ground. KCL gives(V−5)/5+V/15=1, so3V−15+V=15 and V=7.5V. The right-branch current is V/15=**0.5A**, in the marked downward direction.
