Correct answer: 9 to 11

Explanation

For star arms5Ω,3Ω,7.5Ω, the delta arm between the first two terminals is R1=5+3+(5×3)/7.5. Thus R1=8+2=**10Ω**. The product term is divided by the opposite star arm, not by one adjacent to R1.
