Correct answer: 0.055 to 0.060

Explanation

The standard drainage coefficient means depth removed per day. Area is $0.2\times10^6=200000$ m²,so daily drainage volume is $0.025(200000)=5000$ m³/day. Divide by 86400 s/day:$Q=0.0578704$ m³/s, rounded **0.058**. The daily time basis is implicit in the printed coefficient.
