Negative feedback fixes the first inverting node to 3 V and the second to 2 V. The first node connects to ground, V₁ and the second inverting node through equal 1 kΩ resistors. KCL is $(3-0)+(3-V_1)+(3-2)=0$ in mA, giving $V_1=7$ V. The second amplifier supplies the additional voltage needed to maintain its 2 V virtual short; its resistor values do not alter this first-node equation.
