Show answer and explanation
Correct answer: (B) 1/3
Explanation
For an isotropic linear elastic material, E=2G(1+ν). Therefore ν=E/(2G)−1=4/3−1=1/3. Thus B; the same pressure units cancel in the modulus ratio.
