Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (C) P–3, Q–4, R–2, S–1

Explanation

Mitochondria show the intended maternal inheritance association, P–3. Chloroplasts have an endosymbiotic origin, Q–4. The nucleus is bounded by a double-membrane nuclear envelope, R–2, and ER by a single membrane, S–1. This gives C. Some features overlap between organelles, but only this complete one-to-one combination matches all four listed associations.
