Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: 24.00 to 25.00

Explanation

At₹30, demand is 43000−850×30=17500 trips/day. At₹25, it is 21750. Increase is 4250 trips/day, which relative to the original demand is 4250/17500×100=24.2857%, or 24.29%. Use the old ridership as the percentage-change denominator.
