Three grids, each with 3 columns and 4 rows, followed by a '?'. In the first grid the triangle is in row 1, column 3 and the circle is in row 3, column 1. In the second grid the triangle is in row 2, column 3 and the circle is in row 4, column 1. In the third grid the triangle is in row 3, column 3 and the circle is in row 1, column 1.

Correct answer: (A) Circle in row 2, column 1 and triangle in row 4, column 3

Explanation

The triangle stays in column 3 and moves down one row at each step: rows 1, 2, 3, so it goes to row 4 next. The circle stays in column 1 and also moves down one row at each step, wrapping from the bottom to the top: rows 3, 4, 1, so it goes to row 2 next.
