Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (B) Myoglobin (17 kDa)

Explanation

In gel filtration the largest molecules elute first because they cannot enter the pores. The order is albumin (66), thrombin (37), myoglobin (17) and insulin (6), so the third is myoglobin.
