Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (D) orthorhombic

Explanation

All three plane nets are rectangular, consistent with mutually perpendicular cell axes. Their unequal dimensions require three unequal lattice parameters, a≠b≠c, which excludes tetragonal equality.

Therefore the system is **orthorhombic, D**, rather than monoclinic/triclinic cells with nonright interaxial angles.
