Correct answer: 0.15 to 0.17

Explanation

The input span is $150-50=100$ °C; the output span is $20-4=16$ mA. The linear slope is $16/100=\boxed{0.16}$ mA/°C. The 4 mA live-zero offset does not enter the gain.
