Correct answer: (C) rpm × feed per tooth × number of teeth in cutter

Explanation

Each tooth advances the work by feed per tooth fz. With Z teeth and spindle speed N revolutions/min, there are NZ tooth engagements per minute. Thus table feed is **N·fz·Z, C**. Use all cutter teeth, not only those momentarily in contact.
