Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: 2520.0 to 2530.0

Explanation

Photographic scale is $f/(H-h)$. Height above terrain is $7500(0.15)=1125$ m. Adding terrain elevation gives flight altitude $H=1125+1400=2525.0$ m above mean sea level.
