For M25 concrete with creep coefficient of 1.5, the long-term static modulus of elasticity (expressed in MPa) as per the provisions of IS:456-2000 is ______.

Explanation
The short-term modulus is5000sqrt(fck)=5000sqrt25=25000MPa. With creep coefficient1.5, the effective modulus under sustained loading is E/(1+φ)=25000/2.5. Thus the long-term value is **10000MPa**. Dividing by φ alone would omit the initial elastic strain.
