Correct answer: 16383 to 16383

Explanation

The45 opcodes need ceil(log₂45)=6bits. Each of64 registers requires6bits, so two register fields consume12bits. Of the32instruction bits,14remain for the unsigned immediate. Maximum2¹⁴−1=**16383**.
