Correct answer: 1100 to 1300

Explanation

A32KB window with2KB MSS contains16segments. After timeout, take cwnd=1MSS and ssthresh=8MSS. Slow start reaches2,4,8 over three RTTs; additive increase then requires eight RTTs to reach16. Total11RTTs×100ms=**1100ms**. Update-boundary conventions motivate the official1100–1300 interval.
