A central server processes one program at a time. Four programs are ready at 10:00 am. Programs 1,2,3,4 take 60,40,90,100 minutes, with same-day due times noon,11:30 am,1:00 pm,1:30 pm respectively. Using shortest processing time (SPT), find the number of tardy jobs (integer). Ignore change-over time.

Explanation
SPT orders the jobs 2,1,3,4. Starting at 10:00, completion times are 10:40,11:40,13:10,14:50. Jobs 2 and 1 meet their due times; jobs 3 and 4 finish after 13:00 and 13:30 respectively. Therefore **two jobs are tardy**.
