Explanation

The intended emission-uniformity expression is $EU=(1-1.27C_v/\sqrt n)(q_{min}/q_{avg})$. Thus EU=(1−1.27(.07))(.9)=.81999. Multiply application efficiency .90 to obtain **73.80%**. Maximum flow is not used in this uniformity expression.
