Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (C) P, Q and R only

Explanation

Base load plants run continuously to meet the minimum demand. Run-of-river plants and nuclear plants are classic examples. Diesel plants are used for peaking, not base load. The official key also includes wind farms, which gives option C.
