Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (D) There exists at least one mango in the basket that is not good.

Explanation

The opposite of "all are good" is "at least one is not good". Options A and B say that none is good, and option C says that some are good and some are not. Those can happen, but they do not have to, because the basket could hold only bad mangoes.
