Work out the earliest finish of each activity. A: 8. B: 12. C: 16. F: 12. G: 16. K: 18. L starts after F (12) and K (18), so it starts at 18 and finishes at 24. D starts after C (16) and L (24), so it finishes at $24 + 4 = 28$. H starts after G (16) and L (24), so it finishes at $24 + 6 = 30$. The project duration is the largest, 30 days.
