Which of the following enzymes is/are involved in the biogenesis of miRNA?

Correct answer: (A) Drosha; (D) Dicer
Explanation
Drosha cuts the primary miRNA in the nucleus and Dicer cuts the pre-miRNA in the cytoplasm. Cas9 is the CRISPR nuclease and XRCC4 is a DNA repair protein (non-homologous end joining).
