Explanation

Normal take-off design distance is $1.15(1625)=1868.75$ m. Subtracting the actual 1625 m distance to 10.5 m screen height leaves $243.75\approx244$ m. Diagram **C** has screen height reached before the runway end and clearway shorter than 244 m.
