Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (B) 0.50

Explanation

Non-dimensional bending slenderness is $\sqrt{f_y/f_{\rm cr}}=\sqrt{250/1000}=$ **0.50, B**. The bare stress ratio 0.25 must be square-rooted.
