A control system is shown in the Figure. Which option represents the correct transfer function of the system?

Correct answer: (B) $\frac{1}{s+4}$

Explanation

Let $e=R-F$. Then $C=e/(s+4)$ and $F=C-e/(s+4)=0$. So $e=R$ and $C/R=1/(s+4)$.
