Correct answer: (A) Object (A)

Explanation

A mirror reflection flips the object left-to-right and a water reflection flips it top-to-bottom. Doing both is a rotation by 180°, in either order. So the original is the shown image rotated by 180°: the characters appear in reverse order and each is turned upside down. The "4" becomes "h", "2" and "5" map onto themselves in this digit style, and the dot stays, giving "h2.5", which is option (A).
