Choose a facility location using weighted scores (higher is better). Factor weights are raw materials 0.4, skilled labor 0.3, infrastructure 0.2 and market proximity 0.1. Scores in that factor order are P:(6,7,8,10), Q:(8,4,3,8), R:(5,10,10,7), S:(4,6,8,5).

Explanation
Multiply each score by its weight and sum: P = 2.4+2.1+1.6+1.0 = 7.1; Q = 3.2+1.2+0.6+0.8 = 5.8; R = 2.0+3.0+2.0+0.7 = 7.7; S = 1.6+1.8+1.6+0.5 = 5.5. Highest is **R, C**.
