Correct answer: 20 to 20

Explanation

Earliest finishes are P7,Q4,R6,S18. T starts after both P and R at7, finishing16; U finishes13. V starts at max(16,13)=16 and finishes20. The project also requires S, finished18, so total duration is20 weeks. Critical path P–T–V gives7+9+4.
