  1. Recombinant DNA
  2. Transcript
  3. T-DNA
  4. Complementary DNA

Show answer and explanation

Correct answer: (D) Complementary DNA

Explanation

Reverse transcriptase copies an RNA sequence into DNA complementary to that template. The product is complementary DNA, or cDNA, D. A transcript is ordinarily RNA made from DNA; T-DNA is the transferred region of an Agrobacterium plasmid, and recombinant DNA describes joined DNA from different sources rather than this template relationship.
